"I'm disappointed. I'm new to the area and didn't want a chain store pizza. All the reviews for this place looked great so I ordered a deluxe pizza and a meatball. Delivery said 60 minutes but arrived in about 45 minutes. Sadly, the delivery guy wasn't too friendly. The pizza looked delicious! Unfortunately, it was not well done like I had ordered and was far from delicious. It was doughy and flavorless. I've had better frozen pizza...so I will not be a returning customer."

"After a national delivery service delivered the wrong meal, we needed a replacement and needed it quickly. A quick call to friendly a Gionino’s and an estimated delivery time of 60 minutes. About 40 minutes later our hot, delicious pizza, chicken, Jo-Jo’s and meatball sub were delivered."

"Very good pizza and chicken, some of the best I've had in a while. Glad they were next to Planet Fitness otherwise I probably would've never noticed them hidden away in some shopping center in Streetsboro. I travel for work and always try out places that I've never heard of, I will definitely return before I head out of town because of their 47 locations, none are where I'm heading to next!"
