"Decided to give Romeo a try again tonight upon ordering a deluxe pizza. They wanted to charge me for taking an item off the pizza and replacing it with a topping already offered. Rude explanation about cost, rude customer service overrated prices, and was so weird about the payment Method. Again went elsewhere 10/27/23. Recently tried to place an order for dinner time delivery and everything I inquired about they claim they were out of or no longer made. I asked for a meatball sandwich. Sorry we dont make subs anymore. I ask for a Stromboli, I was given the same response. I asked about wings and the person taking the order got rude and used some inappropriate language. So I took my business elsewhere."
