Little Caesars Pizza

"On 1/25 I placed an order online for pizza for my son's birthday at 1pm for a 415pm pickup. I get here and nothings ready even though I ordered and paid online. I asked to be given a discount on something and the managers Alfred/Kenny responded with "do you want free dipping sauce".... What, free dipping sauce on a $50 order?! So disappointed... I should've got refunded for at least 1 of the pizzas."

"Order 2 pizzas for my kids once I got there the pepperoni was only done not the sausage. I seen an older dude sprinkling the cheese on pizzas without gloves on the younger boy that was there cracked a joke like it was funny. Ask for a refund they told me no never again. Nasty people"

"Every time I come here it’s never a pleasant experience. The wait is always long! The customer service staff is the worst and the atmosphere is just NOT it!!! BUT this is the closest one to me… like walking distance. I called to order my food but no one answers the phone… like ever. So I drove up there instead of walking because I knew I was going to have to wait & it was too cold to wait outside. When I arrived, both workers took a minute to come up. I informed the cashier after my order that I tried to called so I wouldn’t have to wait but no one answered… she ignored me and went to continue her phone call with her friend while her headphones were in. Little Caesars is like a family go to place for a quick meal. My only concern is that this particular place needs better customer service."

"I love the triple meat pizza, but I seriously had to wait 45 minutes for it. I still go there but I have to remind myself to go when I have lots of extra time. I also order more than one pizza and freeze it in case I can't wait for a fresh hot one."

"My order was incorrect and I was overcharged. Store policy says no refunds, no cash, credit or debit only, with correction of orders only. Was told it would take an hour for a manager to come to the store. Was offered soda and other stuff I didn't want. After a wonderful show of foolery, not knowing how to wrk the register and speaking with a "manager ", I accepted the offer and asked for a pepperoni pizza. After all of that, I was still given the ccx wrong pizza and it was cold. I'm done with Little Caesars."
