Geppetto's Pizza And Ribs

"Brunette bartender is very partial and shows favoritism! I asked for a stiff long island that I would pay the premium if any, only for her to say to me exactly how a long island will be made, no variations. Now comes a Male customer who asked for a drink to be make "SPECIAL"! The bartender Obliged!"

"I love this place my family and I meet up here a lot of nights, My only complaint at this time is that some nights. They only have one bartender which it seems they would need to. But the food is always great. The atmosphere is beautiful. I will continue To visit this establishmen. I love the ribs, they fall off the bone. And I also love their wings and fresh cut fries. Delicious................."

"The only problem I had was a worker was blowing his nose never saw him go wash his hands I didnt see him cooking the food but I saw him helping box up something the veggie pizza was AMAZING and my granddaughter loved her cheese pizza"

"I placed an order at 11am. At 9pm I called just to gain awareness of the under cooked chicken. The manager, question why I waited so long to call and they don’t serve chicken, they serve wings. After explaining I have an active 6 month old and wasn’t able to eat until 9pm. He never once apologized, showed any understanding or compassion. Had he asked asked how he could resolve the situation. I would’ve have told him, I didn’t want any accommodations. I just wanted him to be aware so the next customer wouldn’t have raw chicken. I went into the restaurant and asked him why was that the first thing he said. Still lacking understanding, he said cause he would’ve called 30 min after. I didn’t have 30 min sir. He said “are we going to do this or I’m going to walk away.” Eventually, he understood. I simply told him, I didn’t want a refund or more food, I wanted for him to not questions the next persons time frame and have understanding and compassion for the restaurants error."
