"Ordered delivery on a Monday and 1 hr 50 minutes goes by and still no food. We literally live 2 blocks away. I called at the 1 hr 30 minute mark and was just told "all deliveries are out. Click " called back to cancel my order and was put on hold for 5 minutes so I hung up and called back. Never got our food after almost 2 hours and now gotta wait for my refund. Such a shame used to enjoy this place. Won't be back."
"Customer service is complete trash. I pride myself on being professional and expect the same treatment in return. My God, if you do not like your job, please find another profession. The young lady who answers the phone is extremely unprofessional. As I completed my order, she stated that someone would be there soon and hung up. No approx time given nor a simple thank you. I hope the owners JASON AND ANGELA AHLERS see this comment and address the issue within their business. As I read other reviews, I'm not the first person who has experienced unprofessional behavior. Unacceptable. I called back and canceled my order."
"Literally the best fold over I’ve ever had, anywhere, I wasn’t real sure about a folded over pizza, but I like different, and the pizza brothers gyro fold over did not disappoint, it was delivered quick and steaming hot, and the combination of a gyro/pizza then folded over on top of itself sounded intriguing and was quite possibly the best of both worlds. So glad I gave it a shot, my only issue now is which fold over I’m going to try next time!!"
"I grew up in this pizza and I have been eating it for over 30 years. Every time I'm near Sandusky I stop in because Port Clinton no longer has one. The service and the lady at the counter were outstanding but the food was not as good as it usually is. The sub was overcooked and didn't have much flavor if any. A little disappointed to be honest but I'll go back"
"Tried a little bit of everything tonight w family and friends. Everyone loved it! Couldn't decide which one we liked best, but I recommend the Mexican, seafood or sweet pig specialty pizza. The crust is usually my least favorite part of the pie, but I loved theirs! My husband loved the Romanburger foldover. Will definitely order it again sometime."
