"Night crew is the worse crew. I stopped ordering after I had a old tomato in my salad . But when family and friends order and ask what I want I always order a salad and the mess it up every single time . Of course I don't complain cause it's on my friend's tab . But at this point I can't they are not being careful . I've have stopped ordering from them and I will not be ordering at night"

"We ordered Friday December 15th just before 830pm feom Marcos on Perkins Ave Sandusky Oh. Was told our total and to pull into the drive thru to pick up. My husband goes waits at the window for over 15 minutes while 5 individuals completely ignored him. Then 1 comes to the window and takes his name and says they dont have an order for him. He leaves and gies and buys from another local pizza shop. Today the 16th I call and speak to a manager who tells me with his phone number it doesnt show he called last night yet we have his call log where it shows he did. So thats fine. Lie for your worthless employees. I will make this a post and send it to corporate. Im sure since alot of ur business comes from Cedar point and local hotels all them costumers will love to know the type of business u are running there. Thank you. Joyce Rettig"

"we ordered delivery and we’re told it would be 20 minutes and would be delivered by 10:05pm. I got an email at 9:56pm stating it was in the oven, which was fine because it was Saturday and I know they were probably busy. All of the sudden I lost the tracking information so I called in about 20 minutes later stating they just were putting it in the oven. It didn’t even up arriving until 11:15pm. I love Marcos but the service is always horrible."

"We order from here quite a bit & food is always great, but I constantly have to ask for garlic sauce. Now last night customer service was HORRIBLE! I waited in the drive through for 15 minutes, I saw a worker walk by several times, never once looked. I backup & pull forward, hear bell dinging, guy must be deaf. I go in my pizza has been sitting there the whole time, as I could see from window of my car earlier. I asked him why no customer service for the window. He didn't hear the bell. He never looked. Pay for pizza, no garlic sauce again. I ask for them, & 2 extra as I had company. He tried charging me for all, but explained 2 come with. Paid $1.14 for 2 sauces, but couldn't believe he even charged me. Needless to say pizza was cold. I wouldn't let this guy be the front of my business. He's absolutely horrible & my God dress for work not the couch. Absolutely no reason for this, they weren't busy at all. I think this is one of the most ignorant people I've ever met. And they were out of chicken wings bone in."
