"I saw Dr. Rossi in 5/23. The receptionist there is nasty to the patients especially when you call if you get to talk to someone. He pulled 7 lower anterior teeth. He should of stitched my gum. It never healed so I was referred to a Periodontist in October 5 months later. He said the infection was still there and had spread to the rest of my gums. He asked me why the dentist didn't pull the rest of my teeth. I said how should I know I'm not a dentist. Now it's February 2024 and I have to see an Oral Surgeon in Dayton out of network cause he's the only one who will take my case with my ins paying for it. I now have severe gingival hyperplasia which is very painful. Thinking of filing a malpractice suit. I even have pictures to see what my gum looks like now. Not pretty. Still on pureed foods."

"Over heard 2 nurses discussing my insurance medicaid and my teeth were cleaned and I was rushed out the door in no time at all. The next day my front tooth which was scraped on while cleaning, chipped beneath my soar gum. I called and let them know they told me they could fix it with a buffer to smooth the edge. I went back in and the break was made worse with attemp to smooth. I called it quits there. If you have medicaid reconsider!"

"For starters this place never answers the phone. If you are in pain or have an emergency you’d best call other dentists office. They inform you on their recording to allow 24 hour’s for a return call! When they do call you back, good luck getting in to be seen. Appointments are given weeks to months out. Office staff is nice as well as Dr but wait time is ridiculous, especially if one is in pain. They need to do better with getting their patients seen more quickly for all dental procedures, especially when in discomfort"
