"It took over 6 months to get an appointment for myself and my two kids. My cleaning was the worst I’ve ever experienced. The hygienist was very rough. She jammed the mouth piece in my mouth for my X-rays and gagged me. And after the cleaning itself my mouth was sore for at least an hour. I’ve never experienced such a painful and unpleasant cleaning. My first child’s cleaning went great. The hygienist was really nice and thorough. My second child was originally scheduled to have an appointment at the same time but needed to be rescheduled because the hygienist was unavailable that day. No biggie. My child and I went to the rescheduled appointment a few days later and I was denied to go back with him during the cleaning. I asked if I could go back and she said no. This was surprising to me since I was able to go back with my older child just two days prior without even asking. I asked the secretary if I could please go back when his X-rays were completed. She said the hygienist will come get me shortly. 15 minutes later the hygienist came out to take me back and he was already done!!! How did it only take 15 minutes for a full xray and cleaning when it took almost an hour with my other son a few days before? I didn’t like it at all. I will not be returning to this practice."

"Buckeye Dental is fantastic, and you can’t have a better experience than you’ll get here. Dr. Russ Lamielle is awesome as is all the staff and hygienists. I don’t think I’ve ever had a “positive” dental experience before coming here, but I’ve recommended Buckeye to my family and neighbors. You always feel taken care of, everything is as pain free as possible and you don’t feel like you’re being upsold or getting unnecessary work recommended. I’ve also been able to get same day appointments for emergencies. Highly recommended!"

"So I go to Buckeye Dental for all my dental needs. Dr. Lamielle is an excellent dentist with great chair side manners and very friendly. The staff is super nice and so good at what they do. Did I mention that they have a great membership plan that is excellent if you don't have dental insurance like me. I worked in a dentist office for 15 years and am glad I chose Buckeye Dental for all my dental needs."
