"Dr. Florian and his staff are completely wonderful! I had a broken tooth that was causing me excruciating pain and they got me in to see them immediately. They made me feel so comfortable during the entire time from start to finish. I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone!"

"I came in there as a new patient in a LOT of pain and am usually terrified of dental work. They were so welcoming, made me feel at ease. They were prompt, professional, and kind and gentle. They were absolutely wonderful. From the front desk, to the nurses, amd especially Dr. Florian, takes his time and treats you like family. Very warm and caring practice. I left there feeling much better all around, since he quickly assessed and addressed my problem with ease. I will definetly be back for their care. Highly recommended. Thankyou so much!!!!"

"From the minute i entered i was greeted by a friendly girl at her front desk i was then made comfortable by another warm and friendly dark haired girl who took xrays. She was so friendly I didn’t feel nervous any longer. Dr Florian made me feel comfortable. His demeanor is warm and caring. He made the visit fun. I can’t say enough about all the staff and would recommend Aspen dental to anyone"

"we will not be going back. the dental hygienist did not tell us her name. she gave her own opinion & diagnosis of the situation which was polar opposite of what the doctor told us & wrote in his notes. then she even gave negative feedback to us to further 'shame' the patient & even provided her 'own' treatment plan = again different from the doctor. then she refused to do a deep cleaning as was the reason for the appointment. we then got the office manager involved. a 'cleaning' was then arranged for us an hour later. in total we arrived at this location early for our appointment & didn't leave until 3 hours later. the cleaning was not up to standard as compared to other places. her technique was slow & sloppy. we left with a below average cleaning & hours wasted out of our day. we will not be returning nor did they offer to schedule a 6 month cleaning for us in the future! as a medical professional I know how important it is to provide the patient with positive care & upbeat feedback as to their condition. this was not done by this woman. she obviously hates her job & wants things to be her way or the highway. I hope the doctor/dentist working at this place removes her from his staff because he will continue to loose patients if this behavior continues. She needs to learn to practice her treatments according to her educational background/ credentials. Bottom line she is not the dentist & had zero right to tell us her opinion & refuse us the cleaning!!! F/U with our insurance liaison will occur!"
