"Do your research with this one. The doctor is wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable. The office manage is absolutely terrible and this is who does all scheduling. The hours are very limited, no flexibility at all. They have multiple offices and so time at one office is a small window. Went to multiple offices - mistake- they lost files. When it came to getting the braces off who knew you (yes you the patient) will need to schedule a debanding appointment. There is zero communication between the people in the back and scheduling so you are responsible for communicating the type of appointment. We had two more appointments prior to understanding this. A complete waste of time. The work is good but this place is really not run well."
