"Put in a crown that leaned towards my cheek, it would squeak like eating an almond, and clunk into place and now my bite is misaligned and im in such pain. There is a new groove in the lower tooth.Teeth are supposed to go up and down. Not to the side. No dentist will help me yet and refer me to other specialists because they do not want to add to my pain. My opposing teeth are chipping. I complained about my night guard pulling my teeth. That was the first clue i was misaligned. She does not follow up on anything. She rushes. Once she left me sitting in her chair for 6 hours and worked on me in between appointments. I had an appointment. Im getting quotes of $9,000. After i took photos of my teeth, i saw the height discrepancy between my left and right side. It took 3 days for me. I had been seeing her for 2 years about this issue. Take pictures of your own teeth and see what your dentist sees. Treat the teeth as a whole, not just one tooth at a time. And how professional is it that she talks about dead people visiting her? Or laughing at me for trying trying to take out my crown when i woke up in excruciating pain?"

"Dr. Conrad and her staff (especially Victoria!) are incredible. I'm new to the practice and her staff got me in right away. She even made time the day of my appointment to fill a cavity that needed addressed but wasn't necessarily scheduled for. I have NEVER felt so comfortable at the dentist in my life. I truly didn't feel like they were judging me for needing work done. I couldn't be happier with her. I recommend her 1,000%!!! So if you are looking for a no judgment, professional, and easy to schedule with new dentist then Dr. Conrad is for you."

"The dental hygienist was good but when i asked them on the phone and before my appointment if they accepted my insurance the answer was im sure we do. When i was done i asked if i owed a co pay. They said they would just bill me. Well that bill was over 100.00 dollars. Dont trust them!"
