"The nurse was amazing took very thorough X-rays. Was taken to a room. Seen by a dentist for a whole 10 mins. Just for them to tell me I have a tooth I need pulled which I knew. Then told me they don’t take my insurance, handed me a treatment plan for over $7000, no antibiotics no exam no pain management. Just sent me on my way. Very cold bedside manner as well."

"Today was my initial exam with Aspen at the Fairlawn office to set up a plan of care to correct all my dental issues. What a great experience. The staff was truly exceptional. The receptionist, Krista was friendly & welcoming. Their hygienist, Hend was professional & personable and Alex & Danielle were so efficient taking my X-rays. As for Dr. Popa, he’s a true Godsend! He explained his plan for me making sure I understood the “why” of it and process of it as well. I feel very confident my dental issues will be a problem of the past."

"This was my second try to have a successful appointment with Aspen. The first time I was told there was a mix up with my insurance, but there was no charge to me since they told me they took it.The second appointment was confirmed to my email to the fairlawn office, but when I arrived, I was told I was not on their schedule. I was offered to come back an additional 2 times a month from now as my only appointment option, due to their scheduling glitch. The front desk worker was not apologetic and instead told me that if I wanted to book the new appointment I would need to put down a $150 deposit. After my 2 frustrating experiences with Aspen, I will not be going back and I would recommend looking elsewhere for dental care."

"I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE! They definitely try to coerce you into services you don't need. I waited 1hr before being seen for a cleaning only to be told i will receive a cleaning on my 2nd visit. After xrays i was told i needed deep cleaning. She also told me I don't have an option to receive a regular cleaning and that I have to receive a deep cleaning which would be $300. I told her I want the regular cleaning. Also my insurance should cover the cleaning at one hundred percent. What a waste of my time. Feels shady."
