"It’s a shame but we decided to go to another dentist office. The dentist was fantastic the nurses were amazing but the front desk worker- no way they should be the face of the place. Walked in they completely ignored us so we sat down. She said did you even check in so I went back up filled out paperwork and she continued to ignore us. I asked about our insurance and she said it was all set without looking up. After the appointment she said your insurance isn’t in network and the bill will be out of pocket. After speaking to insurance they said it is accepted so I called back 7 different days and still no call back. Called their other office and the woman there was rude and said if you’re a patient in North Royalton we can’t help you here!! I tried explaining that no one’s returning my calls she said well just wait then! It’s been months now and still no call back for 4 crowns. All set with them!"
