"My first visit went well. greeted by the receptionist when i walked in. The hygienist came and got me within 5 mins of my scheduled time. She explained what she was going to do (x-rays, pictures, cleaning). She was very thorough and kind. she explained what she was seeing on the x-rays in layman's terms then when Derek came in, they reviewed them with me. Derek was friendly and efficient but not rushed. He produced a treatment plan that made sense. i was able to schedule out appointments for dental work and cleanings."
