"I don't know where to start about this location.... The way this office is ran is so embarrassing and unprofessional by all means. I dismissed myself as a patient from this office months ago due to the care I received and found care at another location, fast forward to today I arrived at new location for my appointment and unfortunately I couldn't get the care because this location refuses to release me as a patient so my insurance can pay new office for my care. It took me and the office manager at new dentist 3 hours and 6 calls later with dentaquest on the phone to finally get them to release me. We were told they couldn't and we were told she had patients and will get back to us and we were told no they won't release me. I have never in my life experience such care like this. It's like they're holding my health hostage and won't let me get the care I need. I will be filing a complaint with my insurance and the BBB as well as my new dentist will. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else"
