Buckeye Dental and Braces

"I wish it was a option where I couldn’t give a star at all I went to this dentist I believe in April of 2023 they were supposed to do cavities on my daughter, which some of them was not done. They charged my FSA card more than what was supposed to be charged my assurance covered it and they still charged me for it. I’ve been calling and calling to see if they can reimburse me back because you know you have to pay back the FSA card if your insurance covers it so I keep calling nobody will return my phone calls back. I finally got in touch with someone, she said they were going to mail out my check. This has been already 13 days I called She told on Wednesday. She told me she was gonna call me back on Thursday. Never received a phone call they won’t send me my money back because they did not provide the service and I’m just having so many problems with getting touch with anyone now my insurance said they’re gonna be doing a investigation, so please, everyone look out for this Dentist charging you more than what you have paid for because I’m still fighting for my reimbursement of them charging me for something that was never done, and for something that was already covered by my insurance!! So I will be calling again today hopefully I can get in touch with someone about my embarrassment that I have to pay back!!!"

"This dental office is hands down - the BEST dental office to bring your loved ones to. Young and 'older'. Have anxiety, no worries. They're trained for that too! The staff is extremely caring and absolute fun to be around. They treat you like family. Hailey is AMAZING at her job. You leave with a bigger smile every time. The entire staff from their front desk to the doctor goes the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of and happy. We all have hectic schedules and things happen but they are very receptive and work around everything in their power for you. I definitely recommend everyone to give them a try, you'll never regret it! Thank you for always making every experience for my children and I an enjoyable one!"
