Domino's Pizza

"They have done so much better on not only the toppings but also the sauce is so much better. The pizza was hot for the first time in I don't know how long. Also, the weather here in Paris,KY is bad, and the driver forgot my 2 liter but went back and then brought it to me. He was wonderful, and we will definitely be ordering again. Thank you to all the employees of the Paris, KY Domino's...... Be safe"

"I just ordered from Paris Ky. My food was not what I ordered, when I called the store to find out about correcting it, the woman that answered was so rude from the start of the conversation. She was very condescending and hung up on me. I was trying to be as polite as possible as I work with customers all day in my business. She on the other hand was far from trying to handle things in a friendly or professional manner. When I went to the store she proceeded to be rude and got someone from the back who stated he would remake my item but it wasn’t his fault I couldn’t work the app. While in the store we tried to recreate the item purchased on the app without being able to. These employees basically acted like I was running a scam to get an order of $7 wings for free even though I brought the item back. I have ordered from this location for years but after this experience they have lost our business."

"Customer service at this store was absolutely horrible. Staff was completely rude, interrupting and not willing to listen. Worker stated she has worked in this store for 12 years so she “knows” and would not let my husband get a word in. She kept talking over him and cutting him off in the conversation. Guy in the store offered to remake the item but stated it wasn’t his fault we didn’t know how to use the app correctly. Employees really need to be properly trained in customer service etiquette. No one is trying to scam your store out of some $7 buffalo wings. We were regular customers of this store but we will now look for pizza at another location."

"If I could, I'd give zero stars all the way around the board... Order salad. They won't give you the right ranch. They'll give you cup branch. You could try to call them. You got to stay on hold for literally 25 minutes. You drive past the place and it is literally nobody in there... Other than the workers . Do better !! Especially when it's $50 for two pizzas..."

"Rude staff. Called about a pizza that I had already been waiting an hour for and lady decided to cop an attitude about how long it had been up on the screen because she couldn't get a hold of anyone. No missed calls by the way for myself or my partner. Can't seem to actually use a pizza cutter with any competency, how exactly you can be so incompetent that you can't cut pizza I honestly have no idea. As per usual, the quality of service of restaurants in Paris is about as low as it gets."
