Papa Johns Pizza

"I had a pizza for pick up at 5pm. I got text notifications about the pizza it was ready and sitting there for pick up at 4:40.... I could not pick it up till 5 due to working... Once i drove all the way home to London our pizza wasn't even cut.... There was no garlic sauce or peppers.... Very disappointed... We do not have a papa John's close to us so when we do order it we're excited... This was a disappointing meal.... Avoid this location"

"Papa Johns is priced horribly even with deals/specials, similar price to buying a really good pizza from an independent place. It's not particularly good and I can tell you from experience (not at this location but at a few others) that working for them is absolutely abysmal and I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy. This is one of the understaffed ones as usual, insane how they can't hire or retain a number of people considering how expensive things are. We're surrounded by good pizza places here, society has outgrown the need for Papa Johns. Please realize this, order somewhere else, and let it die."

"Avoid this location. The flattest pizza I have ever seen, ordered garlic stuffed crust with pepperoni, sausage, half mushroom, half pineapple with extra pizza sauce. They must’ve ran out of the sausage, and mushroom and had not enough sauce. The least the could do is call to let us know."

"I went to order a pizza today through the online app. I accidentally ordered for pickup because I had the settings set to my last order which was pick up when my husband was home. I realized my mistake when the pizza tracker showed it was for pickup. I don’t drive and so I called the store and the associate was very helpful did his best to try and make it for delivery and just have me pay the rest of the fee, after a few minutes of trying he was unable to adjust it in the computer. So he kindly cancelled my order and refunded my money. Immediately my money was refunded and my Papa Johns $10 pizza awards credit I had used was also refunded. I was able to place a second order right away and have it delivered to my house. The delivery man Charles M. was so nice and friendly. He told me they made me a fresh pizza for me right after I placed the second order to ensure I had a perfect experience and fresh pizza. I have been under a lot of stress recently and this man’s kindness and the kindness of the store staff really meant a lot to me and so I wanted to leave this nice positive review. I usually order from here about once a week or so. The picture I am including, the pizza is half gone and I was so hungry when it got here I ate it right away, so this is after it has been sitting in the fridge for a bit. It was delicious!"

"This was a pickup order. The chicken was fine. However, the 2 pizzas that we got both had very little topping. In fact, both had nothing (not even sauce) on about 1/4 of the pizza. Got them home and opened boxes to discover this. Called and they were willing to replace them. Went back and received 2 fresh pizzas looking and tasting like they should. Thanks for good customer service!"
