"It's Valentine's day order 2 simple pepperoni pizza supposed to be picked up at 6:04 came at 6:06 just to give them extra time to be told my pizza is not done yet they forgot to make it or something it's now 6:25 and still no pizza get your stuff together....just ridiculous"
"We used to love this Donatos but it keeps going farther down hill. I understand being short staffed but we had to wait an additional 25 min over our “ready time” and then the pizza they brought out looked horrible. The cinna bread was burnt and super dry and our serious cheese pizza pretty much got tossed in the trash. I’d avoid this location if you can."
"I ordered a salad and wings while at work for lunch. I received lettuce that most definitely should have been tossed out. Is this your new level Of quality you provide your customers? Very disappointed!"
