"I had the most pleasant experience there today! I went in thinking the worst and I literally walked out with a smile on my face!!! The new owner and dentist is an absolute delight! He felt honest and humble and I even commented on how soothing his voice was! (Silly I know, but it's true!) His staff was also amazing! Kind, knowledgeable and all around a great group of people!!!"
"Absolutely horrible! I called for an appointment to have my teeth cleaned 10 months ago. At my first visit, all they did was x-rays. They then told me it would be another 6-7 weeks before they could schedule me back in for a cleaning. It has been 10 months now, and every time I have an appointment, they text the morning of my appointment and cancel, pushing me out another 6-7 weeks. Reasons have ranged from not accepting my insurance on said day of the week, to being overbooked, to sickness. Today when they canceled via text, they said they weren't even scheduling cleanings at this time, and would call me when they were. I'm losing my insurance at the end of the month, and haven't had my teeth cleaned once this year, let alone the recommended twice a year... stay away."
