"Received a call from Cheryl this morning regarding a balance I have (didnt know about it) from a surgery my son had last year. When I questioned some things and said I would have had a 2nd opinion, she had the audacity to say "You would deny your child proper dental care" all while snickering. I will NEVER take my son back there which is sad because the staff was great with him. That lady was out of control and uncalled form."
