"Honestly so disappointed ordered online the time said 30 minutes. Called after an hour and our pizza was still sitting there they put the phone down and took care of other people I waited 10 minutes before I hung up waited another 20 minutes and called again and our pizza had just left. Our pizza sat In the store for at least 45 minutes so when delivered it was cold and nasty. Very disappointed I would’ve picked up the pizza myself but couldn’t get anyone to talk to me on the phone long enough to say so or to ask for a refund for the delivery fee and tip. This was a Sunday evening."
"I order from this location 3 to 4 times a month at about 60 bucks each time. Almost 300 dollars I spend here a month .and i tip well. 9 times out of 10 you always forget get my drink to the point it is expected. Right now I am waiting for the driver to go back and get it except I don't think it's even coming back this time. It's been almost a half hour. I've even tried to call and be nice about it. Nothing...still happened about every time. Happens again I promise you will lose a faithful costumer for good. I just spoke to manager and let him know they were about to lose a faithful costumer he said "alrighty""
