"They were all nice, but customer service is terrible. They knew they was not in my insurance network and never once told me they was not. Until my insurance didn’t pay the amount they was supposed to. Then as soon as I asked about it, they said we’ll no we’re not. They new this without having to look it up and said well that’s for the patient to ask those questions. WHAT HAs HAPPENED TO Customer courtesy and. Care!!!!!"

"Staff is super nice and friendly! I was nervous to meet Dr. Jacks but as soon as he came in the nervousness went away. He talked to me the entire time and was very nice and down to earth. My tooth extraction was very quick and I didn't even know he was done. 2 days later I still have almost no pain whatsoever. I will definitely being going back for any future needs and will be scheduling my son for his wisdom teeth soon."

"I've have 2 wisdom teeth surgeries with Dr Jacks office now. The only oral surgeon I'll ever go to. His front desk staff and staff assisting him are so kind and friendly. During the process of getting ready we are mid fun conversation when I go out. Upon waking up they make sure you are feeling well and help you out to your car. I'm just sad I'm out of wisdom teeth now to not see them anymore. Thank you!"

"Dr. Jacks did amazing. My appointment was at 11:15 this morning and it’s now 4 o’clock and I’m feeling good. My swelling is already going down. As I came into the office I was very nervous as anyone else would be, and Dr. Jacks talked to me the whole time and I think we were mid conversation when I went to sleep. I woke up in recovery and Julie was in there talking to me. She’s so nice! All the staff are very nice!! Very impressed with this place and i definitely recommend to anyone needing their wisdom teeth taken out."

Dr. Jacks is a very knowledgeable and professional doctor who made me feel safe and confident in his care - he also kept me laughing which is a plus in these situations. Great doctor and amazing man he is! But I can't forget the nursing and office staff at his practice either - most kind, caring, compassionate group of ladies I've ever worked with for my dental care. I have so much appreciation for everyone here and how awesome they are at their jobs and as human beings. 10/10 recommend, for sure!"
