"I got on Dr. Andrews website and saw that they did implants. I called and told them that I would like an appointment because I was interested in implants. They weren't able to get me in for a few weeks. Went to my appointment and told the assistant how much I wanted implants. The dentist comes in and says they don't do implants. They gave me names of dentists who might do them. As I was leaving, they said I didn't owe anything today. That they would just bill my insurance. Save your time and money. They do not do implants."

"I was seen a month and a half ago for a tooth broken in half and a filling that he fixed previously that had fallen out. I go and was told there was not enough time to do either procedure. I scheduled another appointment a month a half from that date, which is tomorrow, ( 6/12/23). Fifteen minutes ago, the receptionist called and said they had only allowed enough time for the filling and not the extraction and that the next available time for an extraction would be August 11th. What kind of dentist allows his business to be ran like this?? I've had a broken tooth now for 3 months and for some reason it's a problem for them to fix it. Its ridiculous. I have already contacted another dentist, told them the story, and even they said that that is totally unacceptable, and made an appointment for me in 3 days. Dr. Andrew's office is a complete waste of time. Find someone else!"

"I had been a patient since a least 2015 and today I was informed I am no longer a patient and got dismissed from the practice for no shows. 3 to be exact during my 7 years as a patient. I have called the day before or day of to cancel my appointment because lets be honest life happens we get sick or plans just don’t workout they have a 3 no show/cancellation policy the whole time your a patient. I completely understand 3 a year but 3 the whole time your patient is unreasonable. Yet we have to work our schedules around them and be okay with them calling a day or 2 before appointments to reschedule and change times but they can’t do the same for us. I recommended this office to my family and friends and most my family members are patients. We will be looking for a new office,I can no longer recommend this place. Dr. Andrews is great but his policys and office manager need some improvements. Please look elsewhere."

"I have been going here since 2009 and recommended him to anyone who was looking for a great dentist. Unfortunately, I can no longer do that. I received a letter signed by David that stated he was terminating the patient-doctor relationship. This was due to a missed appointment and “time set aside for your appointment alone.” I have never complained about the numerous changed appointment times on his end, the lack of emergency support when needed, waiting over an hour to get in for a scheduled appointment, or having to plan months in advance for dental needs. Still, he felt justified in sending his unprofessional letter. In the 13 years, he was my dentist, I missed two appointments, according to the front desk clerk, when I called to question the uncharacteristic letter he sent. I wish him all the luck; however, for anyone looking for a dentist, I would look elsewhere. His prices have gone up, services offered have been limited, and his professionalism is gone."
