Romeo's Pizza

"Let’s just start out by the way that the workers talk to the customers is not professional no customer service at all. The managers are very intuitive with what they’re supposed to do as a manager and they’ve messed up my order three times and basically asked me did I want fresh pizza? I think that I do when I’m a customer I pay for hot fresh pizza so that’s what I want to pay for but when asked by the store manager would do you want me to remake your pizza because it’s been sitting for an hour and I replied I’m sure you know the answer to that question since my pizza has been sitting over an hour under a heat lamp This is the type of customer service that goes on at this Romeos"

"Recently moved to the area and wanted to try a new pizza place. This sure did not disappoint. Ordered a pepperoni pizza, Buffalo pizza and cheesy breadsticks. Pizza was delish, Buffalo had the right amount of spice and the pizza sauce was so good and slightly sweet which I like."

"So I just moved to a place pretty close to here and figured on my moving day I would order from these guys. First they really are over priced. $68 for (4 20 oz waters which they didn't even have but advertised online) 1 2 liter of Mountain Dew, 2 pizzas and a bacon cheese bread. The Pizza we got was the butchers meat pizza and Buffalo chicken I used a "coupon that was 2 large 1 toppings for 24.99 so obviously the math doesn't work out on this and they were not one topping but there really was not a discount if I had done Domino's I would have save $30+ but my biggest issue was the way things were handled. I called because neither pizza was that great for the cost. The Buffalo chicken was just falling off the crust and I'm pretty sure the crust was under cooked some see pic below When I called I was told they didn't have the waters and she would refund me for that still waiting to see the refund and that I would be REQUIRED to get a credit only for another Buffalo chicken which I told her 3 times I didn't really care for. So this is the main reason for 2 stars. How the issue was handled. Needless to say I won't be using that credit as again I don't care for that pizza based on my first experience. I regret ordering from them and won't again. So if you decide to do business with them just know these things are possible. "Entire staff was on drugs. I’ve gone to this Romeo’s weekly since moving to Dublin. I placed my usual text order for a medium pepperoni and arrived to the doors locked. Three staff inside, one dropped a pizza, two walked out. When they came back they unlocked the door and let some of us in. Then locked us in the store. The woman was acting bizarre, screaming obscenities. One of the customers gave her the “you need to get your life together” speech. She finally handed me my pizza, walked me out the door, and locked it behind me. I opened it to discover it was an Italian sausage pizza that was cooked with no sauce, then cut, and then sauce was added after the fact. The whole thing weighed like 5-10 pounds. Given how odd the staff were behaving, and the condition of the pizza, I could not eat it and will need a new weekly pizza spot."

"We stopped in on a whim and definitely was not disappointed! The buffalo chicken pizza and cheesy breadsticks were AMAZING and I can't say enough about the kindness of the staff. We will absolutely be back! Pizza is always the right answer! :)"
