New Chopsticks Chinese Restaurant

"When you have a cold, have someone bring you a large Hot&Sour soup, large Egg Drop soup, and maybe a simple entree (house fried rice or General Tso if you're uncertain). Their Hot&Sour is the tastiest anywhere nearby, and it'll help your lungs, sinuses, and digestion. NOT a lingering spice -- just right. Been coming here for about 10 years justfor that."

"The most remarkable thing about this restaurant is that they serve huge portions of reasonably good quality food at such a low price. At the time of this review (11/30/23), I paid $6.50 for a huge portion of Mala String Bean Chicken, with a side of Rice, and a Hot & Sour soup…. The only thing missing was any modicum of flavor. In fact, the most flavorful part of this meal was the white rice… and that’s only because I smothered it in Soy Sauce. I have to say that the Hot & Sour Soup, did have some flavor, but it was mostly just not a good one !!!"

"Me and my son came in for lunch. They took our order right away and it was done in about 10 minutes. We ordered a sesame chicken combo, sweet and sour chicken combo, a small wonton soup, one egg roll two sodas…the best thing about our meal was our drinks. He likes his wonton soup, and the rice was just ok. But we the last picture below is how much food we threw away. The flavor (when there was any) was weird/off and even my son said he does not want to try this place again."

"Ordered steamed dumplings and War Su Gai, very disapointed. The dumplings had no flavor and the chicken was very bland. I have ordered this dish many times from different resturants, the sauce is always thick the consistancy of a gravy. What we had today was greasy and thin. Poor example of American Asian food."

"On 02/23/2022 was my first time eating at New Chopsticks. I saw this location one day when I was going to Subway which is a couple of doors down. And I said I need to check out this restaurant, so here I am. I was not sure what I wanted to order, so to play it safe I ordered shrimp fried rice because I saw a picture online of the fried rice and it looked good. But when I ordered the shrimp fried rice it did not taste the way it looked. I’m sorry to say that it did not have any flavor at all other than the soy sauce they cooked it in, but the shrimp were really tender. Wow this location do not have to worry about me coming back sorry! BUT IF YOU WANT GOOD CHINESE FOOD TRAVEL 40 MINUTES AWAY TO A PLACE CALLED CHINA HOUSE IN CANAL WINCHESTER ITS WORTH THE DRIVE BELIEVE ME YOU WANT BE SORRY!!!"
