"I'm not one to typically write online reviews, but today's experience with Dr. Loganathan was truly exceptional. The waiting area was clean and organized, and I appreciated the efficiency of the check-in process. The receptionist was courteous and helped me complete the paperwork. Dr. Loganathan and team went above and beyond, taking the time to patiently explain each step of the examination. This personalized approach significantly alleviated any anxiety I had about the dental procedures. I underwent the re-fixing of seven cavities, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. The process was pain-free and conducted with meticulous care. I am genuinely delighted to have finally found a dentist I can look forward to meet for my next appointment."

"The friendliest, most compassionate and helpful staff I have ever met. I have avoided the dentist for 2 years because of being treated poorly by so many other practices that I developed a huge amount of angst over going to the dentist and the condition of my teeth. I wish I would have found this dentist years and years ago! They took so much time to explain what was going on with my teeth, the pricing and discounts, and helped me create a plan of care and treatment that was affordable, practical, and complete. I almost feel bad for taking up so much of their time! They answered every single question in detail, were so gentle and patient while working on my mouth, and really listened to my concerns with so much understanding. They truly care about the whole person and our wellbeing. When I say I absolutely love this place, I mean it. I am telling everyone I know to transfer here! The practice was easy to find and clearly marked from the road, which I appreciate because so often these offices are easy to miss and since I’m always running late it’s important to see where to turn so that I dont have to turn back around after missing the entrance. (Don’t judge me, lol) The inside was bright, clean, comfortable, and decorated nicely. From the receptionist and dental assistant to the dentist- They are all knowledgeable, kind, helpful, caring, and wholesome- 10 out of 10!!"

"18 October 2023: after what seems to be a condescending response, my rebuttal: Has Dr. Loganathan been made aware of my concerns regarding this issue? I doubt it, because he doesn’t seem like the kind of business owner that would allow a long time patient to leave based on being charged for a last minute scheduling change. I believe “you” or “someone” is screening his correspondence. Unique and extenuating circumstances happen from time to time. I would expect a business owner to weigh decisions before charging for appointments that need to be rescheduled for unexpected occurrences. And, if he is aware and allowed this to happen, then it is for the best I found another dentist. My wife and daughter will be following suit as well. Explain losing 3 patients over a petty $35. Also, please set forth what requirements must be fulfilled to forward records to another dental practice, and if you charge for that service as well. to seek another dentist due to poor customer service from his front end staff. I was a pt for over 10 years. I am only giving one star because if not, you cannot post comments."

"I’m very frustrated with the LACK of service. I scheduled an appointment 6 months ago and they just called me to cancel it because I didn’t respond to their confirmation call. The appointment was supposed to be tomorrow at 8am. When they left a voicemail today I called back within an hour to let them know I’d be there tomorrow morning. They had already gave up my appointment, and they tried to make me reschedule. That will not be happening. I had the appointment in my calendar for 6 months and was planning to be there… Within 1 hour of me missing the confirmation call they give up my appointment?!"

"This is the worst dental institution I have ever been too. They constantly break HIPAA when it comes to patients information, mixing me up with other people, along with appointments. The front desk staff always exhibits rude behavior and lacks empathy and professionalism skills. This place just wants your money any chance they get, even if it entails screwing you over. 0/10 do not recommend."
