"I hadn’t been to a dentist in about 5 years, so I was incredibly nervous about my first appointment. The consultation went so much better than I could’ve expected, I’ve got appointments throughout the month now for various things, and everyone so far has been amazing! I actually look forward to my appointments, and wish I’d booked sooner."

"Not very happy. Do not recommend unless it's your last resort for dental work. I needed an emergency extraction for my adult son. I clearly confirmed pricing before scheduling. I paid the $289 exam and x-ray fee up front and was told I could pay for the extraction after the dentist confirmed it was necessary. Ok no problem. Except that I confirmed the $225 extraction price quoted again before my card was charged. They say, "Oh no, $225 was for a simple extraction, it's going to be $330 due to it being a Moller." I told them I was told $225 as a flat price and not starting price. By that point I had already paid $289 and realized that's why they hadn't let me pay the $515 total all at once. $630 for same day extraction in total. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I kept getting daily emails pestering for a review."

"I’m going to make this as brief as possible: very dissatisfied: receptionist is extremely rude and unfriendly! I was told by receptionist that aspen does not take walk in appointments, only same day appointments. A huge sign is on the front of the building clearly stating “emergency and walk in appointments available!” I chose aspen because I’m in a lot of pain and was looking for fast relief! I saw Dr Modi, who after looking at X-rays and examining me said I needed a root canal and crown. I opted for a tooth extraction instead. Neither of which Dr Modi was able to do himself. I have extensive hardware in my mouth, so he recommended I have the tooth extracted by an oral surgeon… due to the hardware, the location of the tooth and the fact that it’s sitting on a nerve. I asked if there were any signs of infection and was told that there are no signs of infection. I asked about options for relief of pain until I can get in to an oral surgeon. He said he would send a script for an antibiotic for the pain. It’s going to be over a week before I can be seen. why would he prescribe and antibiotic if I don’t have an infection? I called back in and asked for something for pain until I’m seen for my appointment with the surgeon. Was told to take ibuprofen and Tylenol. I can’t take ibuprofen as I only have one kidney and Tylenol is ineffective for me. Staff relayed that info to the doc and called me back with instructions that the doc was not willing to give me a script for anything for pain and to go ahead and take the ibuprofen and Tylenol as originally instructed. This doctor had no regards for my pain I am in! I asked that the office please help me find an oral surgeon that could get me in quickly, I was told that I would need to call around. This doctor left me hanging. I left there, in no better condition that I was when I walked in and am left to suffer in pain until I can get in to get my took extracted! I would most definitely not recommend this practice to anyone! The only positive thing I can say is that the x ray tech was very friendly and did a great job!"

"I couldn’t had asked for better service from the complete staff. They were very informative and answered all my questions. The lady who did my X-rays was the best. Wish I could have her at all my doctor appointments. Please let her know her compassion with her patients is greatly appreciated."

"Worse dental experience ever! Made an appointment online after hours for a broken front tooth and then called this morning to confirm my 10am appointment. Arrived at the appointment and the woman at the desk was delightful and took care of getting me checked in timely and with a smile. Then after waiting for more than 2 hours, once the dentist actually saw me she advised me that I would need to make an appointment to come back to get the broken front tooth fixed due to staff shortage. I understand about the staff shortage, but they knew why I was there when I checked in and they should have advised that they would be able to fix it today. And, I thought Aspen Dental was all about walk-ins and for emergencies. I would NOT recommend Aspen Dental!!!! Luckily The Dental Loft in Beavercreek, Ohio was able to take me immediately and fix my tooth today. The staff at The Dental Loft was pleasant and eager to fix the situation. Everything happens for a reason! I found my new reliable dentist!"
