"Absolutely horrible experience! Dentist was rude and not helpful. I was having severe tooth pain and he did a cold sensitivity test and it hurt me to the point I jumped out of my chair! He gave me two options pull tooth, or root canal. He said it would not be covered by insurance! I honestly am in so much pain and upset"
"Every time you make an appointment, expect to wait a few hours before you are seen by the provider. I make my appointments at 7:30-8:30am and am still not getting out of the doctors until close to noon. It messes my schedule up, as I need to be at work, and am missing valuable pay time due to this practice always running behind. The atmosphere always has tension in it. Everybody seems overworked and unhappy. I’m going to switch locations due to these issues. Hopefully one day I can switch practices as a whole, as PHS is biting more than they can chew with incoming patients."
"Extensive wait times at Verity location. I wish I could give no stars. I spend at least two hours here at a time from the arrival of my appointment till the end. They double book and allow patients to be seen during their visit for more concerns than what they scheduled for, causing longer wait times for all other patients. Trenton location is the BEST as far as staff friendliness, cleanliness, wait time, and providers."
