"I came in to get established as a new client and for a standard cleaning and without talking to me about cost I was given a ton of X-rays (I already have recent X-rays in my files from prior dentists) and then put on some treatment plan for a gum disease that I’ve never heard of, never prior been diagnosed with, and was diagnosed with by them after a brief examination by a dental tech. I was invoiced $676 and I still don’t know for what for. This place is strange, they posture like a spa and then they come at you with the money grab. My teeth were never cleaned so I’m out a bunch of money and have to find a new dentist."
"We absolutely love Dublin Dental Care - we were recommended by a coworker and I've never been happier with my dental services. They are like part of the family! It's a great feeling when we walk in the door and they remember all of our names (4 kids!), and the entire staff is so kind. They know how to comfort my nervous child and we truly appreciate all of you. The office is so welcoming and beautiful - I personally adore the paraffin wax, but my kiddos love the little treats. It was easy peasy. The customer service was wonderful. Then when I came in the office I was amazed by the spa like atmosphere. I said to myself I just have hit the jackpot of dental offices!
