Dublin Kids Dental

"Dr. Sophie is in incredible dentist. I've taken all of my children here for over 5 years and only recently ran into an issue. Despite her not taking our insurance anymore we were going to be paying out of pocket for XRays, an Extraction, AND Nitrous oxide which would total up to more than $600 in cash. This was no problem for us despite the large amount because we strongly believe in paying for good care. While on the phone the office manager Carol began laughing at my disabled children being sick and barred us from the practice we've been going to for YEARS. This is in the midst of my daughter is having a dental emergency. Why were we barred? We were 15 minutes late due to our disbaled children having a virus, us visitng a Doctor first, and trying to reschedule to ensure the safety of everyone else. Carol's behavior on the phone was nothing short of disturbing and disgusting and I will be filing a complaint with multiple agencies as a result. Edited to add: Carol was laughing about this over the phone before attempting to tell us what she *believes* Dr. Sophie would say. And finally, the crown Dr. Sophie installed failed by cracking in half while my daughter ate a slim jim. This is the only cause of the dental emergency; failed dental work."

"I have five children and one of those is a very anxious one who needs to know every in-depth detail, and as you can imagine this is especially so for dental procedures, even something as simple as a cleaning. Unfortunately, when he was younger he had a couple traumatic sitautions of needing treatment promptly which never helped his natural personality and natural progression with dentists. We are new to the area and I am just so thankful for Dr. Sophie's patience with him, and knowing exactly what to say to him in every moment to connect with him for his cleaning. I saw her be the same with my 2 year old's first visit, adjusting to them and not expecting more than they could give her. She didn't give up and i just couldn't speak more highly of her and our experience. My mommas heart can rest too, in a positive step forward and weight lifted from this in knowing it's not a hopeless situation. So thank you Dr Sophie!"

He was so relaxed and comfortable that he fell asleep. No pain. They are all amazing!!! If you need a pediatric dentist who is loving kid and patient, come here!!! My kids have disabilities and we had several bad experiences before coming here, we will never go anywhere else but Dublin kids Dental now!!!"
