"I arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment and waited two hours just to see the surgeon for 10 minutes for a wisdom teeth extraction consultation. The female staff member kept reassuring me that the doctor was coming in within a few minutes, approximately 30 minutes later and when the doctor walked in, he walked in with a smirk on his face. He said where running a little behind. Consultations are completed behind closed doors, he left the door open during our consultation and spent approximately 10 minutes with us. We were last to be seen and leave. He looked at me and said are those scrubs that I see that you're wearing and I replied with yes and he asked me what I do and I explained to him and the look on his face completely changed with a different demeanor and the way he talked changed from that moment forward. Upon leaving I was given the amount for the wisdom teeth extraction and I informed the staff that that was not going to happen as they ran it through my health insurance when I clearly have dental insurance that covers the extractions. The lady at the front desk said well it's covered through your health insurance. But is this not the reason why that I carry dental insurance and I clearly overheard you talking to the other staff member that I have not met my health care insurance deductible. Why would I want use my health insurance for wisdom teeth extraction when it is covered under my dental plan at 80%. It's very clear you did not even look at my dental benefits. From the moment that I walked into your practice and your staff sitting behind those windows you could tell that you have a very unprofessional atmosphere and I would not recommend you to anybody and you could hear every word that was being said, the laughing and giggling. It is very clear that you judge people from the moment they walk into the office and you assume that people are somebody who they're really not and that says a lot."
