"Went in with extreme pain and broken tooth after calling for emergency appointment they referred me to surgery center after taking one look at my tooth and when I called to set up the surgery they said the office had been informed they haven’t taken my insurance since July and when I called the doctor back they said they would give me Tylenol and I need to call my insurance to find out who was covered they didn’t have time to keep referring me"

"If I could give ZERO STARS, I would in a heartbeat! If you value your teeth, do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE besides this place! Although the oral hygienists are friendly, they are completely inept at their jobs. Laith Sawalha, the "dentist", is also totally inept. My gums and teeth were in total disrepair, which I found out after switching dentists (Crosscreek Dental is amazing). My gums were in crisis, I needed a root canal, and I had a handful of cavities. None of these issues were addressed at Marion Faculty dental, to the shock of my new dentist. Save your mouth!! Go somewhere else!"

"Not satisfied at all. I went into this dentist due to my front top tooth falling out. I was very upset because it's my front tooth & obviously very noticeable. The receptionist (Dory) was very nice, yet clearly EXTREMELY overworked and kept all callers on hold upwards of 5+ minutes each. The dental assistant finally called me back, yet he moved so slow & just acted unprofessional & like he really didn't care about much at all. Finally the dentist came in, took one look at me & said "I can't fix that. There's nothing I can do... you have to go to an oral surgeon & get the rest removed before I will help you. You also have infection which can kill you." THAT'S IT! And told me to leave & come back after I've gotten the infection gone & the remainder of the tooth gone (which the oral surgeon was scheduling all the way out to April - 5 MONTHS AWAY!!). No other words! I couldn't believe how uncaring & rude he was. I literally left in tears thinking I had no hope & would have to be toothless for months. I went home & immediately called another dentist in Marion because I just had a feeling something wasn't right. Aspen Dental got me right in, told me THEY could remove it immediately & I did NOT need oral surgery, and could create a partial within one day. So total time to fix my problem with this new dentist would be fixed within 2 days time total, whereas had I listened to the dentist at Marion Family Dental, I would've had a missing front top tooth for 5-6 months & treated by someone who really couldn't care less about me or anyone for that matter. Moral of this story: go to a dentist where they care about you. NOT Marion Family Dental."
