"I started going to Dr Louderback last year. I really like him and the hygienist. I really didn’t have a problem with the front desk staff until today. My appointment was scheduled for 11am but due to the fact that I’ve had some health issues and many doctor appointments and physical therapy, I thought my appointment was 11:30am. I arrived at 11:20am. When I walked in I was asked what was my name. I gave her my name. She had attitude. She goes in on me about my appointment was at 11am and they called me and left a message and now my slot is filled. It wasn’t what she said, it how she said it. I was so embarrassed because another person is sitting there while she’s going in on me. I did reschedule but at this point I not going to go back to a place that I spending my money and have someone mistreating for no reason or maybe there is a reason. Either way it’s sad because I really like Dr Louderback."

"Dr. Lauderback is by far the best dentist I have had. He is very kind, gentle and considerate. I have needed his services even when he was on vacation and he was so prompt and helpful. Staff is by far the definition of superb. Everyone is enthusiastic. Honestly I'd give them 5 + stars. They have been good to me, my children and even my grandma ( who has severe dental anxiety). Also to my own fault I've had to cancel a few times because WELL 2020 and they accommodated so well. Kind place ! Great service!"
