"This place is a hole in the wall... This was our first time in a long time coming here and our last according to the funny looking/one eyed lady at the check out counter. The Dr didn’t look so clean and needs to retire asap. The check in lady was very nice as well as the woman the cleaned my daughter teeth today. I think it's time he retired and the check out receptionists replace with less rude women. My 14 year old is apparently too old to be seen but, no one told me that when I booked the appointment and when my daughter was getting her teeth clean. Poor Communication……. The one eyed lady at the check out counter said rudely I don’t even know how she was booked because we don’t except patients at that age. So she can’t come back. But she can come back to have the doctor do a procedure on her. Make this make sense now……"

"This place has gone down hill and fast... We have been patients for almost 20 years and I think it's time he retired and the receptionist replaced with less rude women. All he's there for is to sell his toothpaste and accuse parents of lying. He has no patience and he's rough. My 13 year old is apparently too old now to be seen buty oldest went until she was almost 17. I think it's time for my 4 year old to find better."

"We LOVE our dentist and have always had the best experiences with the hygienists, however yesterday, ours was NOT the friendliest. My 8 year old was so nervous, and I expressed that to her. He had to have X-rays and he did not know what to do. She was short and snippy with him. I did not catch her name, but once I figure it out, we will be requesting to never see her again."

"It’s always such a rush in an out, and the dentist spends more time shilling his personal toothpaste than discussing anything with our children. It’s a good thing, when the kids don’t have issues, but if they have issues and he’s too busy trying to sell us his personal toothpaste, it gets old. I’m not spending big money on toothpaste no matter how GREAT he claims it is. I wish we could “opt out” of hearing the speech about it at every visit… Office staff is either okay, or unpleasant. Dental assistants are nice and appropriately gendered our son, when the dentist repeatedly referred to him as a “she”."

"Hygienist we seen was nice. Front check in was nice. However when I tried to ask the check in receptionist when my son’s appointment was going to start (15 minutes behind) I had a different hygienist come up to me and rudely tell me they had my son in the back already. However it was not my son (he was in the waiting room with me) I don’t think this is a good way to treat your patients."
