"I was trying to find out if they were in network and set up an appointment. I messaged them via live chat and Jacob said someone would call me. A week later no call, so I called and spoke with someone live who couldn't tell me if my insurance was in network. They too said that someone would call me back, another week later and still no call. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere."

"I was not an existing patient. I was in a lot of pain and I was fortunate to get a same day appointment. Everyone was so very compassionate and kind. I have very high anxiety with dental procedures and I felt very comforted by the staff. Thank you."

"Disgusting. Not one person washed their hands. Didn't change gloves after touching random things such as the X-ray button and then put hands back in my child's mouth. Everything was dirty. Keyboard, desk, tools, chair, Everything!!"

"My first appointment as a new patient needed to be split into two appointments due to the availability of a dentist or hygienist. That was the first red flag. I showed up for the appointment and was informed there was a balance due for a procedure my 20 year old son has done on my insurance and it needed paid before I could be seen. Red flag #2. $250 of $1200 bill. I needed to be seen because I have a wisdom tooth growing in sideways pushing my teeth out of alignment and causing me intense ear pain. They agreed to take $150 as a partial at that moment because all I had on me. My teeth were cleaned and X-rayed. I explained my tooth pain and the intense pain and they made a appointment for me to come back to have the tooth pulled and a few cracked teeth repaired. A couple weeks later. Red flag#3. I showed up for my appointment and was informed I could not be seen until until the balance was paid on the bill from my son. I explained I wasn’t aware there was still a balance because I thought my wife had paid it. I then said I paid for my procedure the last time I was here. I was informed that I had not. I had paid for the X-ray that my insurance didn’t cover. I left. Still in pain after a month from my initial contact. Oh forgot to mention my very first appointment they canceled…. I found out my insurance actually covers full mouth X-rays at no cost to me so I called them several times because they don’t answer the phone a answering service does 8 out of 10 times. I told them about the X-ray and was told that yes they cover the X-rays but not the 3d imaging they did with the X-ray and that’s what I was charged for. So they that’s my story. I’m still looking for a dentist to fix my teeth."
