"IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR REVIEW I WOULD! Called to see about scheduling an appointment because they are the only place nearby that accepts my insurance. Was told by the receptionist that I wasn't allowed to be seen for appointments nor would my children be if I ever had any because of 2 missed appointments when I was 14 and under my mother's responsibility to attend appointments. I'm now 25 and it's still being held against me. Tried scheduling my girlfriend an appointment and because I called for her they refused to see her."

"The staff was very rude, started a root canal on my sons tooth and then refused to see him as a patient again, calling before next appointment to cancel. He ended up having to have the tooth pulled. My other child also had to have some shoddy work redone at another dentists office and lost a tooth over their poor quality work. The only thing they get done is take xrays and waste your time rescheduling a[ppointments 6month+ out. I would just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, they will just make up something to not see you anymore.."

"I got lost trying to get there on the my first appointment and called them for directions and they told me not to bother showing up cause I would’ve been 5 minutes late . About a month later I missed one due to a dire family emergency, and I got a call from them telling me they didn’t care who died , because I missed one of my many appointments (two if you count the previous occurrence I listed , which they did ). I was no longer welcome there. And they spent quite awhile telling me over and over again that my family could still come , but I wasn’t ever allowed back there. Because I missed an appointment for a family emergency. I hope this place shuts down ."

"Tried to make new patient appointments for my daughter and I and she told me I couldn't because I got dismissed as a patient for failing to make an appointment. I asked about it because I've been out of indiana for most of my adult life and she told me I missed an appointment back in 2008. I WOULD HAVE BEEN 12. she said I had to write a letter to someone explaoning why I missed the appointment and I'm like.....I WAS 12??? She wouldn't even let me make an appointment for my daughter, who had never been there before. Also to note, I asked my mom why I missed that appointment and she said they told her the same thing about my sister who she tried to get in recently. The appointments we "missed" in 2008 were appointments healthy smiles made without notifying my mom and then penalizing all of us for not making them. Completely whack."
