"The people I dealt with were extremely skilled. However I got a bill that I wasn’t prepared for. I didn’t ask questions at the start and no one volunteered the cost. Yes my bad. Stay away from the big box stores"

"If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in for a broken tooth I needed to get pulled. I asked on the phone if they could pull the tooth today if I came in today. They told me yes. So I went ahead and made the appointment. They did a whole examination on my teeth and at the end they told me I would need to make another appointment and sent me to finance. The finance lady told me that I needed over $7,000 worth of work done. They would not pull my tooth that is causing me so much pain today and they did not give me antibiotics because I don't have an infection. They just wanted me to schedule an appointment and pay over $7,000 for work that I never asked for. Didn't help me with any pain I was having and didn't care that I was in so much pain. I will never go back again."

"We started going to Aspen last year. Our first experience was rather odd. We get there, register, then I proceed to have my x-rays and cleaning done. Everything felt very rushed. When I was finished they sent me to finance. I had a bill of $400ish. I realized they charged me for a $300 toothbrush that they gave me to use for gingivitis. If I wanted to pay for a $300 dollar toothbrush, I would've went to the store and bought it myself, probably something similar but for WAY less! Our next appointments were for our kids get their cleanings. They took them back for x-rays and cleanings. They were done in a matter of minutes. My daughter said something along the lines of "man, that was the fastest dentist appointment I've had." Our last experience was just as odd as the first. This time my kids had their cleanings first. They were in and out. No one talked to me about their teeth. Not even a "looking good! See you in 6 months". We leave and a couple of hours later and I get a text saying I have to reschedule my appointment. It's in a week! I call them and I ask why, they say "we don't have a hygienist that day". Isn't that something you should know before making an appointment? So, now I have to wait another month! If you're looking for a 5 minute appointment without any indication of whats going on and a $300 toothbrush, this is the place to go."

"The receptionist was rude. Zero personality! She couldn't set the phone down long enough to acknowledge any patients or comments. She was not dressed like she was working in professional office. It gave me a bad taste right away. The x-ray tech was awesome!!! The dentist had an opinion, and he wasn't budging. The finance girl was super sweet as well! Prices were pricey (I think) until I compare with someone else. A disappointing experience!"
