"I’m late, but in 2021, I bought a 1,100$ phone from them, then 2 days later, the speaker goes out on it & I discovered there’s a massive crack in one of the cameras in the rear. I asked to get my speaker fixed, seems as though I had just bought the phone months ago, I live in Elyria, so it’s not very easy to get back and forth, I didn’t make it to speak about the phone until that May, I bought it in March & he tells me that I have to pay for the camera or the speaker, he won’t fix them both for free because it was months. I had to facebook this man “Aarick” to initially be connected with him. And still got no results."
