This communication was followed up with a phone call to bring the car in. I brought it in, received great services at the front desk, left the car and 5 days later the car was fixed perfectly. An extra bonus was that they cleaned the interior and exterior of the car. I got first rate service and the quality of their repairs was outstanding. Job well done."

"Absolutely awful! The worst experience and the worst repair job I have ever had. The staff is very rude. They don’t return calls or update you on status of your parts or repairs etc. They are very rude when you walk in. The vehicle looks like a train wreck after repairs and is not even cleaned as you can see in pictures. I don’t trust they fixed anything properly. If what you can see when you just walk up to the car looks so bad I can only imagine what it looks like where you can’t see under body panels etc. No follow up! I will be posting on all review sites and social media platforms as well as my insurance company’s review page."
