"I visited Firestone Complete Auto Care last week and had THE BEST experience. Mike, the manager, assisted me. I thought I had 2 slow-leaking tires, and i thought i was going to have to replace them. I found out that it was actually a small problem - corrosion on the rim - which the gentleman in the repair shop fixed for me. And, since my tires were purchased at Firestone previously, they were still under warranty. My visit to Firestone was free!! I was delighted! And... drum roll, please.... this location installed a customer lounge with big comfy chairs, tv, free wifi, and a complimentary coffee buffet! I was incredibly pleased. Visiting this Firestone location was a very pleasant experience. Their service was excellent, and Mike was very friendly. I will definitely be back!"

"I call and ask if they still did free brake inspection with no fees they told me yes, after the inspection he told me it would be 10 dollars, i did not bring any money because over the phone and then in person i was told free, after i told him i would have to have someone bring me the 10 dollars he said he didn't want the 10 and went back inside, even the sign says free.. Other then that they were nice but man tell people about the fee or say 10 dollar break inspection."

"I've had problems with my alignment for a while. I became a lifetime alignment customer with Firestone and went in to diagnose and solve this problem several times at different Firestone locations, and the problem never got solved. I felt like other providers were very short with me and provided little to no explanation as to what the problem was and why it couldn't be fixed. Once I went for an alignment and the car was actually worse afterward. I went to the Hudson location a few days ago, and they actually took the time to explain what was wrong with the alignment and what would be necessary to fix the problem. While I wasn't able to solve the problem during this visit, I was referred to another shop where I can get the solution I need. These guys actually care about giving customers answers. Others seem like they can't be bothered to do their job."
