"Took my motorcycle in on Thursday and haven’t received it back yet. I am getting a 15k service and just having them look over the bike as I just bought it. It’s my first motorcycle in 9 years. Skin (yes that’s his name) you can tell is an experienced, genuine guy with a lot of experience. He answered all my questions and made me feel confident the bike was in good hands.
