"I have been taking care of their HVAC equipment in trade for cigars. I thought it was a good until they had a internal issue with ownerships and now I can't receive a call back from Doug to discuss the remaining balance owed to me. I have stopped in twice to discuss this matter and keep getting that I need to leave a message. What happened to customer service. All I want is a phone call back to finalize this through my company. Once I get a call I would be happy to remove my review."
