"Called in to see if they would service a check engine code I have on a vehicle was told before I could even tell them what it was - “if you’re not a present customer, we’re not dealing with your headache jobs”. Super rude and impolite."

"Loyal customer, I used this mechanic shop for over a year. I Took my car to them for all fixes and repairs. Then I realized there’s a big problem with why my car is always breaking down on me for related issues nearly every month. Thousands of dollars later and here I am unfortunately writing this bad review. My car has been at their shop for two weeks now so I called to check if they started working on it yet. They just rudely told me on the phone to “get this car out of here and towed somewhere else.” John and Becky are very friendly people but I’m afraid they may not know as much as the think they know. My mistake taking my car here in the first place."

"Great business, professionalsb, excellent customer service. When I took my car in even though it was for my brakes they checked everything that could of caused any major issues free of charge. After the job was done they easliy explained what was wrong (to a point even a person that doesn't know much about cars would understand) with the car and had evidence (the broken parts) to prove it and suggested a brake kit and why it was important and a little more and at the end they said anytime you need something checked out or fixed just call if we don't answer leave a message and we will get back with you. I would recommend them to anyone"
