Sheetz

"I was in one night with a friend. I remember a voice coming through a loud speaker yelling at an older gentleman for "loitering" after sitting at the food tables. He had gotten up with the remaining trash he had from his meal and had politely asked the cashier what was going on. This man was extremely polite and pointed out that it's a little bit embarrassing. Fast-forward. There had been some guy hanging out in the parking lot right in front of the store for several weeks trying to push knock off merchandise on customers after they leave. I never saw one effort to have him removed. Meanwhile an actual customer who has been in the store a few minutes to long is called out over a speaker and is threatened with law enforcement if he did not leave. I was so disgusted I cancelled my food order."

"I watched “Jan” be very rude to another customer, so they instead of purchasing anything said “I’m not buying anything. You’re extremely rude” and left the store. I understand. I had the same experience as I was next in line, however, I bit my tongue and just paid for my stuff. Some of this staff they have working here are physically disgusting. I mean dirt on their clothes, sweating profusely while hovering over food they’re “prepping” and talking about video games instead of doing their job. Watched one of them wipe their sweaty head with a plastic glove on and continued to make food with that sweaty glove. This place has gone so far downhill. I won’t let it speak for other Sheetz around town that actually take pride in their work or shower before their shifts. I won’t be back and it sucks cause I usually stop on my way to work and home from work. Sheetz corporate has gotta step in and do something."

"I order food there at least twice a week. Tonight I ordered a taco salad. Which was all hard lettuce pieces, hardly any meat. Tonight was a disappointment for sure. They were busy, but there busy all the time and I have never had an issue until now. Other than that I love that place."

"I stopped in there to get food the other night and it was the weekend and yes they were a little bit busy, however I was in there over an hour. The guy working with the food was talking to his buddies over the counter. They were clowning around a good 45 minutes.. cracking jokes, making up rap songs, etc.and he was more worried about passing them off free food than actually filling the orders of the people that paid. And it's just not that particular worker I've never had a good experience in there there's always a ridiculous wait for the food one thing I can say at least this time the food was hot and fresh and good but it doesn't excuse the amount of time I waited or the reason why I had to wait .He should do that on his own time."
