"Got an estimate and scheduled deer collision damage repair with these guys and was met with nothing but respect and courtesy. The lady behind the desk was extremely helpful with getting my truck scheduled. The guy giving the estimate was pleasant to deal with as well. So far so good."
"The receptionist was rude. They replaced and painted my front bumper after I hit a big raccoon. Insurance (Progressive) covered all but $500 deductible. The paint didn’t match and after about a year started to flake off. They won’t honor the warranty and said that the problem is stone chips. Not true. If I could rate them less than one star I would. DO NOT trust them to do a good job."
"Worst company I have ever had to do business with. The lady behind the counter was the rudest person I’ve ever met in a service position. My insurance company told me to go there and when I arrived, the lady told me I should just leave. When I told her I was referred to them by my insurance company she told me she didn’t care and then talked down to me, implying I was stupid for even considering them. She then went on to complain about her schedule and after several minutes I decided to leave and find someplace else. How this company even stays in business with this woman as the face of their company is beyond me."
"The work performed I believe is to be up to standard and the gentlemen performing the work was very helpful and explained the process well. The and I use the lightly "lady "behind the counter with the 3 different interactions we have had from her has been the most unprofessional rude condescending I have ever dealt with in my life. How they remain in business with her as the face of the company is a mystery. I cannot imagine how horrible she is to a customer that had issue with the work when we have had no ill feelings what so ever of the service we received or the work being done in a timely manor. If she is that miserable of a person and cannot communicate with people she should retire and get away from the public. I will never willingly return to this shop."
