"I recently badly needed a full set of tires for my car that I purchased used. I wanted tires that could only be found online at Tire rack. I had them delivered to their shop on south Prospect St. in Ravenna. Nick and the guys did a great job mounting & balancing the tires. Also got the car aligned. It drives so great now especially with the alignment. No more drifting on the road. Their prices are very competitive. Their mounting price per tire was between $5 and $10 dollars cheaper than competitors. Same with the alignment price. Much cheaper and great work. I highly recommend Action Tire Express and will also try them when I need service in the future."
"Had a wonderful experience. Came in for a set of used tires. Pulling in my coolant hose came off. While waiting on tires to arrive. They went out of there way to help me get it back on and ordered up some coolant. Tires arrives here and was not in best shape. They was honest about it and was able found a set of 3 used and had a new one matching to ordered. It was the holidays so i had to wait a few days but Im am very impressed on how professional they are. Decided to have 4 new ones put on my wifes car also."
