"I recently had new rims and tires put on my jeep wrangler at the medina shop. The staff and service was awesome. Evan spent a ton of time with me picking out rims, going through specs, and answering every one of my detailed questions. His follow up was awesome and timely and worked with me all the way through ordering the rims and tires to delivery. Unfortunately he wasn't there for my install appointment, but Gene was. He was fantastic too. He explained everything, costs and what they were going to do. He even tolerated my chatting with him while I was waiting for the install. Every one was extremely professional and the service was outstanding. This was my first purchase here, but what brought me in was that I once had a leak in a tire and had them look at it. They checked and repaired it for free. Ya can't beat that. They have my full recommendation."
