"As a young woman who has very minimal knowledge about cars, I was beyond pleased with the service I received from Andy and his team. From the moment I called in to schedule my tire appointment to when I walked out the whole experience was pleasant. I originally went in needing new front tires hoping that it wouldn’t take too long because I also wanted to get an oil change that same evening. Well, when I mentioned that to Andy he offered to do the oil change along with replacing my tires. Not only did it make everything easier since it was all done in one place BUT the waiting room was warm and cozy. It was so cozy that my son went to sleep! Andy also gave me a few suggestions on some other things that needed to be done to the car as well and referred me to the right dealership that would take care of me. Overall, I had an outstanding experience! We shared a few laughs and stories during the wait which made the experience ten times better. I enjoyed my time there and I know for sure I’ll be back when it's time for routine maintenance. Thank you Andy for your rockstar service!"

"By far the best experience I’ve had when getting my car repaired. Very nice. Very professional and the most honest business owner I’ve met. Dropped my car off in the morning. They changed my tires, fixed the ti rod and did an oil change. Had my car back by 3pm. Also loved that the owners grew up in Euclid and are running such an amazing business in our community.
