"Jim and Paul continue to provide quality service for our family’s vehicles. The Outback needed some front end work done as the ball joint’s were beat up. Jim identified one side in October that would eventually need replaced but told me to wait until the next oil change. This is one of the aspects I respect about Grizzly, they are helpful and honest with what the car needs at that moment.
